ECO ALTERNATIVA’S LABOUR RECOGNIZED BY THE XXI "SPANISH FOOD AWARD" 2008

Silvia Rua Ayllón, founder of the company Eco Alternativa, receives an "Spanish Food Award ‘08". Those prizes, granted by The Ministry of Environment, Rural and Marine Issues, have the aim to recognize the work developed by professionals and entities that take part in the food-processing chain, as well as the aspects related to the organic farming and the environment conservation. Eco Alternativa has been recognized by the Ministry because it "represents an innovative company, which manages to group a wide range of organic products under the same brand, to unify the forces of small producers, packing companies and distributors, and to contribute to a sustainable production and transformation, as well as supporting rural economy development".

PEPPERONI, SICILIAN AND BASIL SAUCES

We have elaborated new sauces using 100% organic natural ingredients: our excellent tomato, vegetables and spices, without artificial preservatives or colourings. They are the ideal seasoning for any of our Italian handmade pastas. We propose three varieties: Pepperoni Sauce, Sicilian sauce and the Basil Sauce.

NEW VARIETIES AND SHAPES FOR THE ITALIAN HANDMADE PASTA

From our pastificio artisanale we present new and original shapes for our range of pastas multisapori as Cuoricini, Conchiglioni and Spumoni, as well as Tagliatelle Pomodoro and Aglio, with tomato and garlic, and Tagliolini Pomodoro and Basilico, with tomato and basil, in long forms.
